Costantza Sbokou Constantakopoulou

Costantza Sbokou Constantakopoulou is co-owner and CEO of the Phāea Resorts group, the leading private hotel company with 5 resorts in Crete.

Born and raised in Heraklion, Crete, she studied Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens and did postgraduate studies at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Then she returned to Greece and started working in the family business founded in 1976 by her father, Giannis Sbokos, with the creation of his first hotel, Agapi Beach. She gradually took over the management of the company (Sbokos Hotel Group), which today has been renamed Phāea Resorts and is under the control of herself and her sister, Agapi.

She is the head of the Department of Architectural Design and Procurement of T.E.MES., a development body of Costa Navarino, while she is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Benaki Foundation and the Captain Vassilis & Carmen Konstantakopoulos Foundation.

At the same time, since 2018 she has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Endeavor Greece, which is part of a global non-profit organisation that supports entrepreneurship, mainly young entrepreneurs.
