Vicky Goltsi
Chartered Psychologist, Deputy Director of Academic Affairs, Campus of Maroussi, Metropolitan College

Dr. Vicky Goltsi is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and a member of the European Association for Sport Psychology (FEPSAC). She is Deputy Director of Academic Affairs at the Campus of Maroussi of the Metropolitan College. She has many years of teaching & administrative experience as an academic manager (Program Leader) in franchised psychology programs and as a Head of Psychology programs at the Metropolitan College. She has been involved in the making of professional development programs (CPD) for a number of years in sectors such as psychology, education and counseling. She holds a PhD in Sports Psychology (Northumbria University, UK), with a focus on social identity in football and the psychological effects of team identification. In addition, she holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology (Goldsmiths University of London, UK) where he specialises in the Selection, Evaluation, Training & Development of Human Resources and holds the status of BPS Occupational Testing accredited. She is a graduate of the Department of Philosophy-Pedagogy-Psychology of EKPA. She has worked in research projects (human resource selection systems and psychological impact on candidates) in organisations in the UK (The Post Office Group & the London Fire & Civil Defense Authority) and as an HR consultant in Greek companies (in the field of Health). She is active in the field of individual, group and community welfare research, social identity in sports and organisations, as well as in evolutionary social psychology, with relevant publications and presentations. At the Metropolitan College she teaches Research Methodology, Sports Psychology, Positive Psychology and Developmental Psychology in courses of the School of Psychology and the School of Sports and Physical Education. Furthermore, she is an Honorary Recognised Teacher in the online curriculum of the University of Liverpool.  

Tasos Stalikas
Professor of Positive and Counseling Psychology, Panteion University

Anastasios Stalikas is Professor of Psychology at Panteion University and has taught at numerous universities in Greece and abroad. He is President of the Hellenic Society of Positive Psychology, a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, trainer, business consultant and coach.
His research goal is to study the way in which people "flourish" mentally through the application of the strong points of their character, the experience of positive emotions, the finding of meaning in life and the development of their psychological resilience. In addition, his research interests focus on the fields of Clinical and Counseling Psychology, Psychotherapy, the construction of psychometric tools and research methodology. He has written 10 books, more than 60 chapters in books and 200 articles and contributions to the international scientific community.
 

Michalis Galanakis,
Phd, PostDoc in Organizational Psychology

Dr. Michalis Galanakis was born in Athens in 1977.
He completed his BA studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, in the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy & Psychology with a major in Psychology, in 1999. He holds a Master's Degree (MSc) in Organisational Psychology from Panteion University (2003). In 2009 he became Doctor of Organisational Psychology at Panteion University of Political & Social Sciences. In 2019 he completed his Postdoctoral Thesis on Positive Leadership.

His research interests include psychological well-being, positive emotions, work stress, team effectiveness, motivation, job satisfaction and work behavior.
He has given 55 lectures at international and Greek psychology conferences and has published 61 original scientific papers (articles) in international scientific journals. He has participated as a lead researcher in 7 international research projects. He teaches courses in Psychology, Organizational Psychology and Management at Panteion University, at the University of Thessaly, the University of West Attica, the Hellenic Open University, the Medical School of Athens, the National School of Public Administration and at the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education.
Currently, 7 of his books have been published, among which "WORK PSYCHOLOGY" (STAMOULI PUBLICATIONS), "CONFLICT ADMINISTRATION" (PATAKIS PUBLICATIONS), "BASIC ISSUES OF PSYCHOMETRICS" (TOPOS PUBLICATIONS), “HAPPINESS RIGHT NOW” (KRITIKI PUBLICATIONS). 

He is vice president of the Hellenic Society of Positive Psychology (EETHEPSY).
According to Google Scholar, his h Index is 20 and his i-10 Index is 15. His scientific work has more than 1000 references. 
He has served as Group Human Resources Manager at Greek listed companies on the ASE in the field of Logistics, Pharmaceuticals and Wholesale.
In 2012 he was awarded as HR Manager of the year by KPMG, for the initiatives of his department for the construction and implementation of an innovative evaluation system.

He is considered an expert in occupational psychology, staff selection and mobilization.He currently holds the position of Special Scientific Personnel specializing in Management and Personnel Psychology at the National Center for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA), with parallel duties as Head of the Department of Cognitive Human Rights and Social Policy.
At the same time, he has extensive experience in the field of business, being actively involved in the Greek market since 2001 in the field of technology and in the field of food industry.   
 

Maria Biquet
Executive Coach and Management Consultant

Maria Biquet is a Business Consultant and Executive Coach specialising in Neurocoaching. She works as a Consultant, Coach and Instructor on issues related to the change and development of executives and teams. With great experience in multinational companies and banks, since 2010 she has been working as an Executive Coach & Consultant with individuals and teams. She designs and implements programs for the development of executives and teams that aim to improve teamwork, climate and efficiency of organisations. She holds an MBA in International Marketing (University of Sunderland - UK), a degree in Greek Language and Literature (University of Athens), a Diploma in Coaching (Coaching Institute - UK), specialising in Neurocoaching (NBG Boston-USA) and is a Certified Master Coach (Center for Advanced Coaching - USA). She’s also Vice President of EMCC Greece, Coaching Ethics Researcher at EMCC Global and Accredited Senior Practitioner by EMCC Global. She’s certified in specialised diagnostic tools for individuals and groups and trainer - supervisor of professional coaches.
